Clever Integration for Alexandria and other Apps

We are pleased to formally announce that all educational institutions in St. Croix and St. Thomas have now implemented seamless integration with Clever within the Alexandria platform. 

Clever serves as a vital tool in maintaining consistent and current patron records by autonomously synchronizing (importing) your school’s teacher and student rosters into Alexandria on a daily basis. This automated process ensures that when a student undergoes a school transfer or adjustments are made to their school record, the updated information seamlessly integrates with your Alexandria patron records. This integration significantly mitigates the potential for data entry errors that can arise when updating student records across multiple applications. 

It is imperative to acknowledge that Clever operates as a unidirectional data sync, transferring information exclusively from your Student Information System (SIS) to Alexandria and not vice versa. Notably, any modifications made to a patron’s record in Alexandria will persist only if that specific field is not synchronized with Clever.
